The Admissions Specialist will collaborate closely with academic, marketing, and administrative teams, contributing to enrollment strategy, data accuracy, and continuous improvement of admissions processes.
Key Responsabilities Admissions Process Management Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation.
Guide prospective families through application requirements, timelines, and procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, documentation, and student records.
Family Engagement & Communication Act as a key point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing clear, professional, and empathetic support.
Conduct school tours, virtual meetings, and admissions interviews when required.
Maintain and update admissions data in CRM or school management systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports on applications, enrollments, and conversion rates to support planning and decision-making.
Support forecasting and enrollment tracking activities.
Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with marketing, academic, and administrative teams to align admissions activities with enrollment goals.
Support open days, school events, and promotional initiatives related to admissions.
Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection regulations, and school procedures.
Prepare periodic admissions reports for school leadership and regional teams.
Required Skills/Abilities You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in international education. You enjoy working in a multicultural environment, building relationships with families, and managing processes with accuracy and care. You are comfortable handling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service orientation.
Qualifications & Training Degree in Education, Humanities, Business Administration, or a related field.
Around 2 years of experience in admissions, education, customer service, sales, or similar client-facing roles.
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively across teams.
