We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Servers and Bartenders. In this role, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service, take orders, mix and serve drinks, and ensure a delightful dining experience for our customers.

• Greet and seat customers warmly and guide them through the menu offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly while upselling menu items.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide recommendations.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setup and cleanup.

• Previous experience as a Server, Bartender, or in a related customer service position is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology, and drink presentation.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
• Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to service.
• Familiarity with food and beverage menus and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving swiftly between tasks.
