This is a full-time or part-time time role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Venice, FL. Our real estate agents range from Punta Gorda or Nokomis. The Real Estate Sales Associate will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, providing expert advice and insights into the local real estate market. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, hosting property tours, creating marketing strategies, and negotiating contracts.

The role requires staying up-to-date on market trends and regulations to deliver the best possible service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Real Estate Sales Licensure and a solid understanding of real estate regulations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing, lead generation, and relationship-building with clients or openness to learn.
• Familiarity with real estate technology tools and market research (optional)
• Organizational skills for managing multiple clients and transactions efficiently
• Ability to work in and around Venice, FL area, with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings depending on client needs.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Experience in the local Southwest Florida real estate market is a plus
