The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

The /RN is responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal resident outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Document nursing care in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

• Active Florida RN license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
