In addition to performing the standard duties of a Clinical Care Coordinator I, this lead support role assists leadership in technical operations, personnel management, quality control, and financial management.

• Perform standard duties of a Clinical Care Coordinator I.
• Assist leadership in technical operations, personnel management, quality control, and financial management.

• Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), National Healthcare Association (NHA), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT);
  Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by American Medical Technologists (AMT);
  Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) by the National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP); or Certified EMT.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a medical assistant with a certification from an agency not listed above, or without certification, must register with an accepted agency and complete testing within 6 months of hire.
• Certification must be received and presented to HR within 12 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in electronic practice management, electronic health records software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician’s office practice.
• Ability to demonstrate self‑direction and initiative.

High School Diploma, GED, or Certificate.

All individuals providing care to vulnerable populations are required to undergo background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
