** Occupational Therapist provides skilled Occupational Therapy service on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes, in accordance with the physician's orders.

** Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
* ** Therapeutic Interventions:
** Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Implement therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and environmental modifications.

** Educate patients and families on strategies for managing and adapting to their conditions, maximizing their independence and quality of life.

** Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.

** Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.

** Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practice.
** Requirements:**
* ** Licensure:
** Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.

* Experience:

** Minimum of 6 months experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab.

** Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
* ** Professionalism:
** Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.

** Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
