Home Well Care Services, a growing home health agency, looks for dedicated caregivers to join our team in Venice, Florida. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care and building strong relationships with clients and care teams, we’d love to hear from you!

We need caregivers who are ready to bring their best to every shift—whether it’s a few hours or a full day. Here’s what we offer:

• Flexible shifts: day, overnight, short (2‑3 hours), 12‑hour
• Competitive pay: 2‑hour shifts $25/hr, 3‑hour $20/hr, 4+ hour $16–$18/hr (based on client care needs and your experience)
• Weekly pay every Friday, direct deposit available

As part of our team, you’ll provide essential care and companionship to our clients, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offering companionship and conversation to brighten their day
• Helping with lifting, bending, and transferring clients safely
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing medication reminders and personal care
• Transporting clients to appointments or errands

• 1 year of experience in home care or a related field
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it with us
• Valid Florida driver’s license, car insurance, and registration
• Level 2 background check or willingness to complete one
• Availability: at least 20 hours per week, including 4 out of 8 weekend days each month
