Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing body damage, performing cosmetic enhancements, and ensuring all work meets high-quality and safety standards. Whether it's repairing dents, replacing windshields, or executing complete rebuilds, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional results to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect and identify vehicle body damage and determine appropriate repair methods.

* Perform bodywork including dent removal, panel alignment, frame straightening, and part replacement.

* Complete minor cosmetic repairs such as scratch removal, paint touch-ups, and corrosion treatment.

* Communicate repair status and any delays clearly with the Body Shop Manager.

* Coordinate with the Parts Department to order and track necessary parts.

* Accurately document all repairs and materials used for each job.

* Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

* Adhere to all safety procedures and follow federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.

* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Completion of a vocational or technical program in auto body repair preferred but not required.

* Proven experience in auto body repair, collision work, or customization is a plus.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
