Overview

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Our company is high volume and very busy, requiring someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay Rate
:
From $22.00 an hour, negotiable based on experience.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and creating contracts for clients.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Entering data into Excel.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Managing tech schedules, handling correspondence with technicians.
  • Scanning documents into company server.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Must be self-motivated and a problem solver.
  • Experience in Quick Books desktop and Online
  • Experience in Microsoft software’s such as Excel and Word.
  • Experience using Adobe.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior pest control/fertilization company experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous scheduling experience in a service industry.
  • Must be able to handle high call volumes.
  • Must be able to multitask.
