Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced  Project Manager  to lead  high-impact initiatives within the Investment Banking domain . This role requires strong expertise in  project governance, business analysis, stakeholder management, and global delivery coordination . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving  migration, transition, and process improvement programs  across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities    Lead end-to-end  project management  across complex banking initiatives
Drive  business analysis , requirement gathering, and solution alignment
Manage  global stakeholders  across geographies and business units
Oversee  migration and transition projects , ensuring minimal business disruption
Prepare and maintain  project documentation , plans, RAID logs, and status reports
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
Drive  process improvement initiatives  to enhance efficiency and governance
Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks
