Een organisatie in de zorgsector zoekt een strategisch HR adviseur die beleid en strategie ontwikkelt en implementeert. In deze rol ben je de sparringpartner voor management en diverse stakeholders. Je vertaalt organisatievisie naar tactisch HR-beleid, begeleidt HR-projecten en ontwikkelt datagedreven HR-processen. Een relevante opleiding en ervaring in beleidsontwikkeling zijn vereist. Dit is een functie van 24-36 uur per week met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
