Schedule:

5:30am – 3:00pm (45min paid lunch)
salary: $60,000 to $65,000

Role Summary
You run daily warehouse operations. You coordinate drivers, pickers, and order flow. You keep the building moving. You step in where gaps appear. You support sales and customers when needed.
This is a hands-on execution role.

Core Responsibilities

• Open the warehouse.

• Review emails and operational messages.

• Distribute picker orders and priorities.

• Confirm staffing readiness.

• Prepare daily driver runs.

• Review prior day deliveries with drivers.

• Resolve delivery issues and exceptions.

• Prepare delivery documentation for invoicing.

• Oversee and assist truck loading and departure timing.

• Monitor floor activity and workflow.

• Reassign pickers as volume shifts.

• Conduct daily building walkthroughs.

• Support fleet coordination and basic fleet tracking.

• Support the sales team during assigned hours.

• Help process walk-in customer orders.

• Ensure orders flow correctly to picking and delivery.

• Maintain service standards during peak periods.

• Prepare driver runs for the next day.

• Confirm outstanding tasks and follow-ups.

• Ensure warehouse readiness for next shift.

• On-time truck departures.

• Clean handoff from warehouse to delivery.

• Minimal order delays or rework.

• Clear communication across teams.

• Smooth daily rhythm without escalation.

Skills and Experience required:

• Warehouse or distribution operations experience.

• Strong task prioritization.

• Clear verbal communication.

• Comfort switching between floor work and desk work.

• Basic system literacy for orders and delivery paperwork.
