About the Role This is an existing position for our Monday to Friday Day shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm within the organization. We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Licensed Forklift Operator to join our team at Toro Glasswall. This role involves operating a forklift both indoors and outdoors, handling oversized finished goods, and supporting daily warehouse and yard operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in all weather conditions and maintains a strong commitment to accuracy and safety.

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in indoor and outdoor environments, including all-weather conditions.
• Work in the outdoor storage yard for full workdays regardless of weather.
• Move, load, and offload oversized finished goods with care and precision.
• Perform loading and unloading of materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory using the M1 Inventory System.
• Operate a powered pallet jack as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and protocols at all times.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the manager.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Valid forklift operator license/certification (required).
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse or yard environments.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience handling oversized or heavy materials preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems; M1 knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to lift heavy materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Compensation: $24.50 per hour
