Overview
KAPP Infrastructure is a Canadian general heavy civil contractor with 40 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects. We deliver marquee projects in key markets including water distribution, hydro, underground works, large bridge structures, and other major civil works. Work in these markets is delivered in all geographies throughout Ontario and includes traditional project delivery as well as alternative modes such as Design-Build (DB), Construction Management (CM), Progressive Design-Build (PDB) and EPCM.
The RoleThe Equipment & Inventory Coordinator supports daily field operations by making sure crews have the tools, equipment, and supplies they need to get the job done safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse organization, equipment tracking, and regular travel to job sites to deliver and manage materials.
You’ll spend time both in the yard/warehouse and out on the road supporting our crews.
Responsibilities- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, materials, and safety supplies
- Pick, pack, deliver, and replenish supplies to job sites as needed
- Keep the warehouse organized, stocked, and clean
- Perform routine checks and inspections of tools and equipment
- Track equipment locations and maintain sign-in/sign-out logs
- Assist with dispatching equipment and crews
- Help coordinate equipment servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Receive deliveries and stock materials
- Work closely with supervisors and field teams to support daily operational needs
- Follow all health and safety procedures and safe work practices
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse and inventory processes

- Experience in construction, warehouse, yard, logistics, or equipment coordination preferred
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to travel between sites as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools/equipment is an asset
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365, inventory tracking systems)

- Ability to lift and move materials as required
