Following a landmark inaugural season with 100+ participants, we are seeking a visionary Head of Pickleball
Ops to lead the growth of our newest division.

The Role

As the Head of Pickleball Ops, you will be the primary architect of this division’s future. You will build upon our early momentum to scale offerings, professionalize operations, and deliver an elite experience to our members.

• Strategic Growth: Drive the expansion of pickleball into new demographics, age groups, and geographic regions.
• Facility Relations: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with premier clubs and athletic facilities.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage player recruitment, registration workflows, and outreach efforts.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure high levels of player satisfaction through seamless day-to-day league management.
• Event Leadership: Direct and facilitate 2–3 signature tournaments annually.
• Development: Identify and secure corporate sponsor ships and organizational partnerships.

This role offers competitive part-time compensation (15-20 hours a week), with a structured roadmap to transition into a full-time position as the division scales. For the right candidate, we are also open to discussing equity options—allowing you to share in the long-term success and ownership of Jewnity Pickleball.
