* About You:

** You are a strategic, results-driven sales professional who excels in complex enterprise sales. You take a consultative approach, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning solutions to meaningful business outcomes. Comfortable managing full sales cycles and multiple decision-makers, you thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. You’re highly collaborative, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping Fitness & Wellness organizations succeed through innovative technology.
** Responsibilities:
*** Develop, present, and execute quarterly business plans that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Build and expand a high-quality enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and targeted account-based campaigns.
* Maintain deep expertise in Wellness Living’s products and solutions, with a strong understanding of competitive offerings and market dynamics.
* Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers by identifying opportunities to extend value and recommending tailored, outcome-driven solutions.
* Partner cross-functionally with Enterprise Solutions Specialists, Channel Partnerships, and Marketing to drive demand and accelerate deal velocity.
* Own the full sales cycle for named enterprise accounts and territories, driving solution-based sales through both direct and partner channels.
* Consistently overachieve sales targets by executing disciplined sales strategies and managing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
** Skills &

Qualifications:

*** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling executive-level presentations.
* Management or leadership experience within the Fitness & Wellness industry.
* Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
* 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
* Advanced prospecting, discovery, proposal development, and consultative selling skills for large organizations with sophisticated requirements.
* Experience selling end-to-end solutions and articulating clear business value within the Fitness & Wellness ecosystem.  
* Work with a passionate, dynamic, and fast-growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the wellness industry.
