In this role you will be responsible for;
Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channelsAssess the insurance needs and recommend suitable coveragesProvide detailed information on insurance policies, coverage options and pricingBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsFollow up on leads and inquiriesCollaborate with the team to achieve individual and sales team targetsMaintain accurate records of interactions and all sales activityStay updated on industry changes, regulations and product knowledgeQualifications
Must be RIBO licensedProven experience within a sales role or service positionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and explain complex insurance coveragesDemonstrate excellent organization skills by managing multiple projects and maintaining a structured approach to tasks and deadlinesUtilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projectsProficient in using CRM systems and other softwareBenefits
