Sales Representative - Automotive and Trucking Supplies | JDass Corp, Vaughan, ON, Canada
We are looking for a driven sales professional to join the JDass Trucking Division as a Sales Representative, selling high-demand automotive maintenance products to mechanic workshops, truck repair shops, and fleet service providers.
What You'll Sell- Grease & Lubricants
- Engine Oils (synthetic & conventional)
- Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
- Oil, Air & Fuel Filters
- Other maintenance & workshop essentials
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with mechanic shops, truck service centers, and fleet operators—our clients.
- Ensure high visibility of work activities and maintain accountability for results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to forecast potential success.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report to management.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share insights.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in automotive supplies.
- Strong knowledge of lubricants, DEF, filters, and vehicle maintenance products.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Experience in using CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent presentation skills for product demonstrations.
- Capability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Ability to monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
