About You

You are an accomplished Outbound Sales leader with 5+ years of experience managing high-performing SaaS sales teams, ideally within a B2B environment targeting small to mid-sized businesses. As a hands-on sales leader, you lead by example: motivating your team, refining strategy, and consistently driving results.

You bring deep expertise in building and optimizing outbound sales programs from the ground up. You are passionate about generating pipeline, developing talent, and turning cold outreach into meaningful, long-term customer relationships.

You take full accountability for team performance, and you understand how to align Sales and Marketing functions to accelerate new customer acquisition. Your approach is analytical, creative, and execution-focused, with a strong track record of delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Foster a results-driven, high-accountability sales culture.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the BDR Manager to optimize outreach and lead qualification.
  • Design and refine outbound workflows, cadences, and objection-handling strategies.
  • Ensure smooth BDR-to-AE handoffs to maximize conversion rates.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and maintain strong pipeline coverage (3–4x).
  • Track and improve KPIs: meetings booked, held rates, conversion, win rates, quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align ICP, messaging, and lead list strategy.
  • Capture, analyze, and leverage customer insights to improve experience and outcomes.
  • Provide market and prospect feedback to Marketing and Product teams.
  • Build scalable sales processes, dashboards, and reporting within Salesforce and Outreach.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading outbound SaaS sales teams.
  • Proven success exceeding outbound pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Deep expertise in outbound tactics: cold calling, sequencing, email/SMS outreach.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
  • Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Data-driven mindset with a sharp eye for pipeline metrics and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments an asset.
  • Background in selling to SMBs; wellness/fitness vertical experience is a strong plus.
