DCL designs manufactures and sells advanced engineering technologies worldwide to reduce emissions and to produce clean energy. DCL supplies to world-leading engine manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, and aftermarket retrofit.
The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:Digital Advertising & Paid Media Support
- Planning, setup, and coordination of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms Google Ads (Search & Display), Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta and Linked In Ads
- Assist with campaign builds, ad creatives, and budget tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, collect results, and support reporting on key metrics (impressions, clicks, leads, conversions).
- Ensure paid campaigns align with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
- Manage tradeshow bookings, registrations, booth logistics, and shipping.
- Coordinate event materials, presentations, and product displays.
- Track event budgets, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, flyers, datasheets, social posts, and digital graphics.
- Edit photos, prepare layouts, and ensure all materials follow brand guidelines.
- Support website updates with visuals, graphics, and minor content edits.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on campaigns, website activity, and lead funnels.
- Prepare dashboards and summaries for management review.
- Help maintain accuracy in CRM and marketing databases.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing activities across all DCL business units.
- Coordinate internal deadlines, requests, and deliverables to support the marketing department.
- Maintain digital asset libraries, content archives, and brand files.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Media Arts, Journalism or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B or industrial environment is an asset.
- 1 to 2 years experience managing Paid Search, Social, and PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong writing, layout, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Comfortable learning technical subjects and converting them into clear marketing materials.
Salary range
: 45k - 50k
