As an Assembler / Production Worker
, you will prepare and process work orders into finished product as required on the pick slip to ensure 100% quality and quick delivery to meet customer demands and expectations. You will also assist in the warehouse and distribution areas.

• Operate in machine and/or assembly cells to attain superior product quality, on‑time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed entitlement.
• Pin, assemble and build locks, change tailpieces, cams, cores and plugs.
• Cut and stamp keys including code as required.
• Maintain machines.
• Participate in team meetings to improve team performance, solve problems, and improve safety.
• Train team members on job tasks in product centers and support areas.
• Complete forms as required for part requests.
• Monitor and meet product orders as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot and report quality issues.
• Assist in shipping and distribution.
• Perform any additional duties required to ensure smooth operation of product center and support areas.

• Minimum of 2 years of small parts assembly experience preferred.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Small parts & assembly experience.

• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Basic math skills essential – high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Must be mobile to move from one workstation to another and lift 40 pounds.
• Steel‑toe shoes required.

$25 to $29 per hour
