Job Responsibilities
- Operate commercial baking and cooking equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure consistency in product taste, appearance, and texture
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker or snack maker in an Indian food production or restaurant setting
- Demonstrated expertise in Indian snack preparation and baking techniques
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all baked products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
