A fast growing global manufacturer of automotive components is seeking a seasoned Machine Process Engineer to lead machine-centric continuous improvement initiatives across multiple international facilities. This high visibility role is integral to strengthening automation strategies, optimizing machine performance, and improving the operator to machine interface to drive consistent, scalable results.

In this position, you will design, implement, and refine automation and machine processes that streamline production flow, reduce bottlenecks, and minimize physical and operational strain on operators. Working collaboratively with manufacturing teams in Canada, China, and the United Kingdom, you will establish best practice benchmarks and translate successful solutions into repeatable standards across all facilities.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, influential problem solver with deep manufacturing and process engineering expertise.
