Production Supervisor

Job Profile Summary

Oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Leads and manages production team to achieve production goals and maintain operational excellence.

• Directly reports to Production Manager
• Balances adherence to established processes with innovative problem-solving to improve efficiency
• Sets and monitors production targets for team members
• Directly supervises production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborates with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth operations
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (beneficial)

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
