Our client, a thriving boutique family law firm located in the north end of Toronto, is growing. They are looking for a bright, energetic Law Clerk to join its friendly team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in an Ontario family law office and is eager to learn and develop their career.

This client is looking to hire a number of law clerks because of growth!

• Meet with and interview clients;
• Prepare or draft – Pleadings, Agreements, Financial Statements, Affidavits, Orders and Continuing Records
• Proficiency in Divorce Mate and PCLaw

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• A professional demeanour;
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task;
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Completion of a Law Clerk program or Paralegal Certification with courses completed in Family Law;
