Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation(4+ Years)

Location: Vaughan / Maple, GTA (on-site)

Compensation: $130,000+ base, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential

A well-established litigation-focused law firm in Vaughan is seeking a Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation with a minimum of 4 years’ post-call experience to join its growing team.

• Manage commercial and civil litigation files independently
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, motion materials, and submissions
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and examinations
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and settlement options
• Collaborate with other lawyers on case strategy
• Mentor junior lawyers and support staff as appropriate

• Minimum 4 years’ post-call experience in commercial litigation
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Experience in a litigation-focused practice
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
