We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker for a full-time, on-site position at our Vaughan, ON office. The role entails helping clients identify suitable insurance solutions, providing professional advice, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities include assessing insurance needs, collaborating with insurers to tailor coverage, supporting claims procedures, and building long-term relationships with clients to meet their personal or commercial insurance requirements.

• Expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance practices
• Strong Customer Service skills and client relationship management capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Valid RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
• Experience in personal and commercial insurance is an asset
• Experience as a project manager and with multiple-vendors is an asset
• Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Farsi, Pashto, and Italian) is a plus
