As a Personal Lines Account Executive with us, you ll dive into a range of responsibilities:

• Serving ongoing client needs, providing advice, assessments and solutions.
• Driving new business growth by selling policies to new clients, while retaining existing relationships.
• Innovating lead generation strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Negotiating coverages, rates, and premiums with underwriters to secure optimal solutions for clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to ensure a seamless client experience.

• RIBO License is required*
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling personal lines insurance for a brokerage or insurance company
• Experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Applied Systems is an asset.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to independently generate and close sales leads.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
