Manage insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured organizations to ensure they get injured workers back to work and their life. Are you an experienced, talented, results-driven leader looking to mentor a team committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience? The team is seeking a Claims Supervisor to join their leadership team. In the Claims Supervisor role, you will lead a team of adjusters and administrative and technical support staff.

About you

High school diploma /Bachelors Degree preferred and 7 years related claim experience required.

CIP or partial completion

Appropriately licensed and/certified in all provinces in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements.

Knowledge of all team member related functions.
Requires exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to actively review work of others via file reviews; identify coaching opportunities, act on needed coaching opportunities and position subordinates for successful development leading to advancement within the organization.
