isure is seeking an energetic, customer-focused team player looking for a career, not just a job. As a Personal Lines Customer Service Broker, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of an existing book of business.

Succeeding in this role requires the following core qualifications and skills:

• Post-secondary education; a suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
• RIBO Level 1 license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed customer service broker.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate situations and respond appropriately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, demonstrating a sense of urgency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Assessing current and future insurance needs of customers.
• Providing advice and answering questions about policies.
• Preparing renewals, remarkets, and endorsements.
• Cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Assisting customers with claims process.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
