• Verifying information on New Business applications to ensure risk fits internal guidelines
• Uploading New Business and Endorsements to insurance carrier portals
• Preparing and mailing out client letters for New Business and Endorsements
• Contacting help lines for company portals regarding issues and premium discrepancies
• Performing daily EDI downloads and posting automatic invoicing

• Enrollment in an accredited College or University insurance program is a benefit but not required
• 1-2 years’ experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Power Broker and Applied Rating (Compu-Quote) is an asset but not required
