Information Technology Operations Lead

Shulman & Partners LLP is seeking a technically strong, hands-on IT Operations Lead who is excited to grow and build with a scaling law firm. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys owning systems end to end, solving problems directly, and gradually shaping a more mature IT function over time.

This role carries a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations while also helping us evolve our infrastructure, security posture, and internal processes as the firm grows, working closely with firm leadership and existing support resources. We are not looking for someone with decades of legacy experience; we are looking for someone sharp, adaptable, and motivated to develop alongside the organization.

• Strong technical foundation across core IT systems and environments.
• Comfort taking ownership and operating with minimal oversight.
• Experience supporting a professional services environment is an asset.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, hardware, networking, and endpoint management.
• Working understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in learning, growing, and expanding responsibility over time.

• Own day-to-day IT operations across all firm offices.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for hardware, software, and systems.
• Manage user access, devices, permissions, and security controls.
• Maintain and improve system reliability, backups, and documentation.
• Partner with firm leadership on IT planning and future‑state improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tools, vendors, and workflows.
• Support onboarding and offboarding from a systems and access perspective.
• Build scalable IT processes as the firm grows.

Compensation aligned with role level and experience, with a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
