Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

Location: This is an in-person position based in Vaughan, Ontario, with occasional travel to our Brampton facility and our Headquarters in Bruchsal Germany.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Analyst with expertise in data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI
, along with advanced knowledge of SEO and Generative AI search technologies
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital performance, optimizing our online presence, and leveraging AI-driven insights to inform and enhance marketing and content strategies.

• Execute web analytics activities across multiple international markets
• Manage and optimize tracking setups using E-Tracker and Qlik
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Visualize insights and present findings in PowerPoint to stakeholders at all levels
• Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral patterns to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate closely with UX, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to drive data-informed decisions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations

• 2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital insights, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with E-Tracker and Qlik (mandatory)
• Strong skills in User Journey tracking, funnel analysis, and behavioral insights
• Proficiency in Power BI for data modeling and visualization
• Excellent presentation skills using Power Point
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
