Position: JPC -1453 - Business Systems Manager
Overview
Our client is looking for a Business Systems Manager to join their dynamic team.
As a Business Systems Manager you:
Collaborates with business owners and provides input on developing a strategic roadmap of business systemsDevelop strategies to help the company leaders achieve their goals through efficient and cost-effective technology solutionsEffectively manage multiple projects with appropriate prioritization and resource management while meeting timing and financial commitmentsDesign, develop and implement policies and proceduresPreparation of annual budget for area of responsibilityDevelop KPIs to help manage the operations and identify areas of improvementEffectively manage suppliers and managed service provider relationships to ensure achievement of contractual SLAs and lowest cost alternatives in placeOversee a corporate-wide application architecture that demonstrates how technology and systems support all essential business functions and data flowsEnsure that proposed business solutions align with the enterprise architecture's overall company goals and technical capabilitiesLead the Business Systems Analyst team and mentor them in business analysis and project management skillsTrack and monitor IT software development projects to efficiently utilize software development timeEnsure that all IT projects have clear requirements, agreed to by all stakeholders, and an acceptable return on investment (ROI)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience as a people leader overseeing application systems and administration with proficiency in Salesforce and developmentHighly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a global environment with minimal guidance - be an ownerBalances team and individual responsibilities; recognizes accomplishments of other team membersInspires and motivates others to perform well, drives performance of others toward business goalsDevelops strategies to achieve organizational goals; understands organization's strengths & weaknessesProven ability to partner with internal business stakeholders, IT resources, and third-party software providersStrong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking, and project management skillsProficient in project management tools such as Jira or Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity (big-picture perspective, asks "why") and a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious)Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the businessStay updated on new tools and technologies to assist the team in creating the most efficient and effective data strategies
