Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, and Tik Tok. You will create and edit engaging content, including videos, to grow our online audience and enhance our brand. Your expertise in social media trends and analytics will be crucial in driving engagement and visibility.

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
• Create and schedule engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to different social media platforms.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to followers, and manage community engagement.
• Analyze and report on key metrics to assess the performance of social media campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, content, and design, to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Identify potential influencers, partners, and collaborations to boost social media presence.

• Digital native with passion for the insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to tailor content to maximize engagement.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.
