• Serve as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Salesforce projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate the migration process from Sales Cloud to Financial Services Cloud
• Utilize Dev Ops and Jira for project management and tracking
• Provide support for Capital Markets Banking initiatives

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
• At least 5 years of experience with Financial Services Cloud
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Capital Markets Banking
• Proficient in Dev Ops and Jira
• Experience with Sales Cloud to Financial Services Cloud migration is highly desirable

• Experience in agile methodologies and project management
• Familiarity with additional Salesforce products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
