• Take charge of 7-figure monthly budgets, ensuring strong ROAS, engagement, and lifetime value performance.
• Use Apps Flyer for tracking, attribution, and event-based optimization.
• Lead the creative testing process, collaborating closely with design and motion teams to build and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
• Build and manage A/B testing frameworks that uncover winning audiences, creatives, and placements.
• Continuously optimise campaigns in real-time for cost efficiency, engagement, and retention.
• Develop robust tracking, reporting, and analytics frameworks to provide visibility across all funnels.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, attribution changes, and privacy trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Blend brand and performance strategies to maximise cross‑channel synergy and growth opportunities.
• Experiment with new acquisition channels, including programmematic, influencer, and emerging ad networks.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition across Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Stack Adapt.
• Proven record of managing large‑scale budgets and delivering measurable performance growth.
• Deep understanding of bid strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with mobile app marketing, including Apps Flyer tracking and post‑install event optimisation.
• Strong collaboration skills ‑ especially with creative and content teams.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data interpretation and actionable insights.
• Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and ROAS improvement.
• Bonus points for experience in iGaming, familiarity with S2S setups, and hands‑on use of Apps Flyer, Meta Pixel, or Tik Tok Events API.
