Location

This is an in-person position based in Vaughan, Ontario, with occasional travel to our Brampton facility and our Headquarters in Bruchsal Germany.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Analytics Specialist with expertise in data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI
, along with advanced knowledge of SEO and Generative AI search technologies
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital performance, optimizing our online presence, and leveraging AI‑driven insights to inform and enhance marketing and content strategies.

• Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and digital marketing performance using Qlik and Power BI.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Optimize website visibility and performance through advanced SEO strategies and best practices.
• Implement and utilize Generative AI search models to enhance search functionality and content personalization.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision‑making.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web analytics and AI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Qlik, Power BI, and SEO tools, with a strong understanding of Generative AI search technologies.
• Experience with platforms such as E‑Tracker or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL for advanced data analysis.
• Experience in AI‑driven content generation and search optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
