Responsibilities
  • Receive and interact with incoming Visitors
  • Ensure Visitors review and acknowledge relevant policies and procedures when on Company property
  • Receive and direct incoming calls
  • Handle and sort all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Arrange and prepare documentation for courier shipments
  • Work with Travel Agency to fulfil travel requirements for employees
  • Coordinate and order office supplies
  • Order catering requirements as requested
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation as required by senior management
  • Assist and provide support with Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Assist with processing / posting of leave requests
  • Assist with maintaining job descriptions and related training & development record keeping
  • Assist the Human Resources department as required
Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
