Responsibilities- Receive and interact with incoming Visitors
- Ensure Visitors review and acknowledge relevant policies and procedures when on Company property
- Receive and direct incoming calls
- Handle and sort all incoming and outgoing mail
- Arrange and prepare documentation for courier shipments
- Work with Travel Agency to fulfil travel requirements for employees
- Coordinate and order office supplies
- Order catering requirements as requested
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation as required by senior management
- Assist and provide support with Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist with processing / posting of leave requests
- Assist with maintaining job descriptions and related training & development record keeping
- Assist the Human Resources department as required
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
