A community mental health organization in Vaughan is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for their Newcomers Health & Well-Being Program. The role involves supporting clients with significant challenges in daily living through primary health care. Applicants must have a Primary Health Care NP Certificate and be a registered nurse in Ontario.
