Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and develop business cases to support strategic and operational decisions
• Lead ad-hoc projects to evaluate business initiatives and performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement FP&A best practices and monitor results
• Ensure accurate FP&A reporting for senior management and high-visibility initiatives
• Collaborate with global markets to apply learnings and enhance local practices
• Any other duties as required to support FP&A and business objectives

• CPA in progress or planning to enroll
• At least 1+ years of accounting/finance experience (internship experience acceptable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in retail, CPG, food service, or public company environment is an asset
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
