The Opportunity

Build the Future with Us

Your Impact Starts Here
– Your work will help ensure essential system investments are delivered safely, efficiently, and with longterm resilience.

Your Impact

  • Assess project and program risks for complex linear and station related infrastructure work, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze data across cost, schedule, environmental and construction interfaces, translating findings into clear risk insights that strengthen project decision making.
  • Support risk workshops, scenario modelling, and qualitative/quantitative assessments throughout project stages.
  • Maintain and enhance risk registers, dashboards, and performance indicators supporting multiyear capital programs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, environmental, and project controls teams to ensure risk considerations are integrated into planning and execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of risk processes, tools, and templates across the project team.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Experience in risk analysis, project controls, or related analytical functions within large infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to interpret technical project information (e.g., construction sequencing, permitting, environmental factors) and convert it into risk insights.
  • Comfortable working with data modelling tools, risk logs, and structured risk assessment frameworks.
  • Strength in facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
  • A proactive mindset — curious, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting safe, reliable, future-focused infrastructure delivery.
