• Design and deliver roadway, drainage, safety barrier, pavement marking, and signage solutions using advanced tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Station, and InRoads.
• Prepare technical analyses, cost estimates, and reports that influence project decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, future-ready designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and inform design strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation discussions that shape the future of transportation infrastructure.

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of roadway design experience.
• P.Eng designation or in progress is an asset.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Station, InRoads) and familiarity with Ontario design standards.
• Experience with Design-Build/P3 projects and BIM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Valid G driver’s license is an asset.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $81,900 - $112,800
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
