We’re hiring an experienced Vision Systems Developer to develop applications that support the automation of predictive decision-making efforts. Your responsibilities involve research, programming, data analysis, and user interface design. You should design and develop image processing algorithms, windows desktop application, firmware software and interface components by using required development tools such as C#.

• Lead the design and development of next-generation vision system features and tooling, defining system architecture, validation strategies, and driving end-to-end delivery from early prototypes to high-volume production releases.
• Own the critical vision software and hardware tools, scaling solutions across multiple teams while ensuring long-term reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Architect and implement robust APIs and translation layers to integrate internal platforms with third-party vision, simulation, and design software ecosystems.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders software, hardware, systems, manufacturing, and product to drive architectural improvements and significantly accelerate engineering design and iteration cycles.

• 5+ years of electrical design experience in automation or industrial machinery.
• Bachelor or Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics.
• Strong professional experience developing production software in C#.
• Solid expertise in computer vision and image processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with HALCON and OpenCV.
• Experience with Dev Express (preferred).
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
