Are you an experienced project coordinator with a passion for engineering, architecture, and client success? Certain Teed Architectural is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Engineering and Project Management Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate large and complex orders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do- Lead engineering tasks on multiple projects from order booked to products successfully delivered.
- Produce and revise complex production drawings using AutoCAD.
- Verify material take-offs, manage change orders, and ensure documentation compliance.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Production to define project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor and coach Project Designers; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
