Join our Collaborative Partnering team within Transportation and Infrastructure Strategic Project Pursuits & Alternative Project Delivery. This role is pivotal in coaching, training, and mentoring high‑performing project teams to deliver major projects collaboratively. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, design and facilitate workshops, and implement leadership coaching programs that foster trust and operational excellence.

Your Impact
  • Design and deliver innovative learning modules and workshops that elevate collaboration across major projects.
  • Implement ISO 44001‑aligned collaborative tools and systems during bid phases and active projects.
  • Coach senior leaders and project teams through leadership programs that drive high performance.
  • Develop operational excellence initiatives, including processes, platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with market sector representatives to gather requirements and support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze organizational behavior trends to continuously improve training materials and facilitation practices.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma with 5+ years of experience supporting project teams with a focus on coaching and people development.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs using evidence‑based practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO 44001 Collaborative Business Relationships is an asset.
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience building trust and credibility across diverse teams.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of alternative delivery models (AFP, PPP, DB, Alliance, IPD) is desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and cloud‑based tools.
  • Previous experience in engineering consulting or professional services environments preferred.
