Our boutique dental practice is looking for a Head Receptionist who is more than just a "front desk person." We are looking for an Ambassador. We value elite customer service, scripted excellence, and a "full-bus" schedule.
The Schedule- Monday – Thursday (Full-Time)
- Two Saturdays per month (Required)

- Tracker Software Proficiency:
You must be comfortable navigating Tracker for scheduling, billing, and reporting. - Polished Customer Service:
You are the "face" of the office—professional, warm, and highly organized. - Insurance Expertise:
Deep understanding of dental insurance, claim submission, and payment collection. - Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a MUST
- Good knowledge of dental terminology relevant to dentistry
- Experience with electronic computer systems and office management tools
- Practice Ambassador:
Greeting and dismissing patients with a "concierge" level of service. - Schedule Mastery:
Proactively ensuring the schedule is full, productive, and balanced. - Financial Integrity:
Managing claims and accepting payments with 100% accuracy. - Team Leadership:
Getting along with and motivating team members to reach daily goals.
