We are a Windows and Doors company with offices in Vaughan and Calgary, looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join our team.
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads) to book in-home appointments.
- Achieve daily and weekly appointment setting targets.
- Confirm appointments by phone and email to ensure quality and attendance.
- Accurately follow lead generation procedures and qualification criteria.
- Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre or telemarketing role (preferred).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
