As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments. Specifically:
Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments, verify/update customer data, capture email addressMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction with every customer contactAnswer Inbound calls with customer inquiries/appointment dates and timesCheck frontline Dealership Service Appointment Calendar and properly schedule appointmentsOutbound calling to confer with customers in order to provide information about recommended maintenance and services, warranty Recalls or Campaigns, overdue for service, service reminders, special order parts, missed appointmentsOutbound calling with promotional offers to targeted customers both for sales and serviceRespond to email inquiries quickly and efficientlyMaintain an average goal of 150 Outbound calls dailySchedule service appointmentsSchedule sales appointmentsMaintain, cleanse and update customer vehicle database.Respond to customer needs and work together with frontline Dealership Service Manager/Advisor for exceptional customer experienceMaintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as requiredAct as initial contact for customer complaints, and get appropriate individuals involved to resolve matters and identify ways to ensure that similar complaints do not occur againFollow all company and manufacture policies, directives and procedureAttend all department meetingsPerform any other duties as assigned by managementAbout you….
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:
1 to 2 years’ proven experience in customer service and/or business developmentability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in executionability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlinesstrong attention to detail; organized and strategicability to maintain professionalismability to work independently and with minimal supervisiona desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environmenta proven commitment to quality of workWhy choose Zanchin Automotive Group?
