. We offer a complete line of extruded aluminum and formed steel louvers, as well as custom architectural louvers. Many are licensed to bear the AMCA seal for both water penetration and air performance. Our Alumavent control dampers feature a premium aluminum insulated damper utilizing a true thermally broken blade. We also offer an extruded aluminum, airfoil blade control damper. Our triple-v blade steel control dampers are specially engineered so that the single-piece frame locks together without bolts, screws, and rivets that can vibrate loose.

Our fire dampers are available for both dynamic and static applications with 1-1/2 or 3 Hour ratings, as we continue to expand our range through extensive testing at Underwriters' Laboratories.

Every product is manufactured to exact specifications, executing strict quality control procedures from start to finish.

As a growing manufacturer, we seek a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner to maintain lifelong customers, serving both internal and external clients via in-person, online, and telephone interactions. The CSR acts as the first point of contact for inquiries from the Quebec sales office and Ontario, responsible for order entry, quoting, bank deposits, and invoicing.

As a brand ambassador, you will deliver a positive brand experience to all customers.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Handling order entry, pricing, quotes, invoices, and order tracking
  • Providing customer support and addressing concerns, including informing customers of shipping dates or order readiness for pickup
  • Updating ERP with relevant order information
  • Scheduling logistics, managing bills of lading, proof of delivery, and related documentation
  • Communicating inventory issues to Customer Service for resolution
  • Processing credit card transactions and scanning invoices for accounts payable
  • Performing clerical duties such as emailing, filing, faxing, and phone answering
  • Supporting office functions and backing up reception duties
  • Performing other duties as required

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of order entry/customer support experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven data entry and typing skills
  • Experience in mechanical or fabrication industries is an asset
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and listening skills
  • Ability to perform basic calculations and familiarity with imperial measurements
